Our experience with Gigi was great!

We met her at an open house and hit it off, and she was very intentional to reach out afterwards and find out exactly what it is we were looking for in our future home. From that point on, she was great with communication, whether it was finding a house that was about to go on the market, offering to see an open house with us, setting up appointments, or being the go-between for us and the sellers/other agents. Once we found our home, she worked through a ton of red tape (issues with the seller's original real estate agents), and gave us and our kids the most thoughtful "welcome home" gift basket when we closed. Highly recommend Gigi and her services!

"We found a house for sale online and reached out to Gigi, the seller’s realtor, to make an appointment for a showing. She agreed to meet us and unfortunately we had to cancel. We rescheduled and Gigi was again accommodating, pleasant and got us in for a showing. We made an offer and Gigi facilitated the deal falling into place quickly. Gigi made us feel very comfortable in the initial phases of getting contracts signed and we appreciated that the listing was updated to reflect that it was pending/under contract and no more showings were being done. Once you find a home you want to purchase it can be an anxious process. Gigi proved to be honest and everything went smoothly. She responded promptly to all our questions and worked to iron out details with the seller. She helped to keep the process running smoothly right through to our closing. We were very appreciative of her professionalism and would recommend her to our friends and family."

"Gigi was a pleasure to work with. Always had knowledge of the homes and areas she showed us before seeing the house in person. Never left us hanging for an answer. Gave us great advise locking in our offer and negotiating for the final price. We had a certain budget that we could work with and she made it happen. She has a pool of tools at hand for getting through the process start to finish. "My wife and I were looking to sell our current home and buy a new house. We did not know how the process worked. After talking to Gigi on how the process works, we knew for sure that we were going to hire them to help us with the selling and buying of our home. She gave us the information we needed and we listened to them. 2 days after our home was on the market, we got an offer and many other interested buyers. We ended up getting an offer above asking price because of her negotiation skills. And later that week we ended up putting an offer on our dream home and once again she negotiated for us to a price we wanted. 2 months later we are closing on the sell of our home and a week later on the buy of our new house.
